People must be allowed to democratically express their will for their country, whether we like it or not. Instead of dismantling those we disagree with, we have to convince and persuade them that our side is better - and make that a reality.

Yes, I can't see Hamilton throwing away a position in the top five to fight too hard with Verstappen. And verstappen, like Hamilton, is extremely good at getting past and then gently eking out a lead in a superior car without destroying his tyres. I think 2 laps minimum, 5 maximum, Verstappen is past and building his lead.

Yes, he really had to wring out that podium step with some tough, but fair, defending while Hamilton killed his tyres. It's good that he trusted the team and then bloody well made the strategy work. Great combination. Hamilton was lucky to be up there, anyway.
Wouldn't you be worried that it's not balanced? If you're not making the die solid, isn't it incredibly difficult to make sure it's perfectly fair?
I think from a legal point of view, you could possibly toe a line and go by 'good faith' etc. etc. I absolutely would not want to be the one on the hook for any edge cases as an instance host/admin, not in a million years.
But morally I struggle to see a strong argument for not taking a strict line. There are enough adult characters to fantasise about if that's your thing. Leave the ambiguous shit for the dark corners of the web.
I suspect that any attempt to try and find a compromise here will lead to the instance being quite rightly defederated so that users of other instances don't have to have apparently underage sexual imagery turning up when they view the 'All' tab. I can deal with porn turning up in my feed if I've ticked the 'Show NSFW' box. But seeing drawn CSAM (that's what it is, brass tacks) is gross.
