every provider who supports aliases. like [email protected] where everything after the + is exchangeable. so you can use a 'different' mail for every service you use and just block where spam comes from via the alias.
Matrix i guess, its a federated messaging protocoll. Flagship messenger app would be Element. Sending large files would depend on the server you are on.
I use it daily for travel by bike or foot (kombined with BRouter). And its awsome!
Experiance by car is a bit mixed tho. (EU-Germany)
Maybe have a look at the tool from 0&0 called "shut up windows 10"
I wouldnt say thats normal ... (at least here in germany).
Maybe consider using the isp device as modem only and use your own router?

Hm, nextcloud and DavX5 are crucial for me (file, calendar and contact sync)
Also Aegis as 2FA client and KeePassDX as PasswordManager (both synced via nextcloud)
I wont list all the messengers ^^'
In terms if logging: sys journal does the job for me ...
I do run prometheus + grafana for some services but that is mostly for some fancy looking graphics nothing really usefull.
I would recomend you to monitor updates of you apps so you are well informed when und what to update (i just have subsribed to all the diffrent release git rss feeds)

And i do think, some changes would be needed but nothing big, also it wouldnt ne activated by default.

Wie am besten anfangen?
Titel sagt eigentlich schon alles. Hatte vor $zeit mal nen jahr lang trainiert (hatte alles gestellt bekommen vom training). Und überlege seither Bogenschießen als hobby anzufangen, jedoch immer wieder aufgegeben weil ich nicht so recht weiß wo/wie ich beginnen soll.
Fragen die mir spontan kommen:
- verein notwendig/sinnvoll?
- eigener Bogen (vermutlich ja)? was sind da gute modelle richting (Recurve bow)?
- die zuglast wird sich mit training sicherlich schnell vergrößern, gibt/lohnen sich leih arme/modelle?
- was für zubehör ist sinnvoll?
- versteckte kosten?
