yup, browsers that use their own engine do work without the webview - chromium-based browsers like cromite/droidchrome/thorium/whatever and firefox-based browsers like firefox/fennec/ironfox etc

You are stuck in a timeloop, but your memory also gets reset every loop; But you are able to preserve 1024 Bytes of information between each reset, how would you use this "memory buffer"? 1 0
I'd probably write down everything I should remember in a notepad and then use the 1024 bytes to store where the notepad is located
