People who are 1s and 2s on this scale, do you watch adult video?
  • I can imagine an apple like in 1, maybe not with light reflections, but with colors and can rotate it around. But it takes a lot of concentration and effort and i'm never really sure if i'm just conceptualizing it.

I'd like to ask a different question. If you imagine something disgusting (like biting into a rotten, moldy apple) do you feel disgust? I always found it super weird when people feel disgusted at hearing a description of something disgusting and involuntarily imagining it. Meanwhile i have to do a concious effort and even then doesn't evoke nearly the same response as seeing something real

  • Living the life
  • wild ride this post was for me. i half read the headline, didn't register anything. Then read the comment. Primed, knowing it was weird i reread the headline paying attention. Somehow i understood duck-wearing bow-tie, as in a bow-tie of the kind that wears ducks... I need a nap

  • What's something you've been called in life that isn't generally something bad, but made you feel awful
  • I feel patronized whenever someone calls me smart or funny. As if they call me that because they think i'm insecure and i need a compliment. As if they call me smart like one would call a dog smart. I generally have a self-esteem problem that makes it difficult to take any compliments at all, but these in particular are bad because as a kid people used these as a euphemisms to talk about my awful social skills

  • What's the most expensive thing you broke as a kid and what's the story behind it?
  • I set the majority of my mother's finest dresses on fire. I was very young. We had a powercut one night so we were using candles. It came back soon after, but i was still a curious boy with a candle in my hand. I wanted to go somewhere dark again so i went inside my closet and closed the door. My mom ran out of space in her room for her dresses so she put them on my closet. Only the stuff she didn't use often so it had the worst and the best. They were wrapped plastic and i was fascinated by how the plastic shrunk when the flame got close. But eventually I got too close and actually set it on fire. How did i react? Got out, shut the closet doors and went to watch tv. It's a miracle i didn't torch my whole house

  • Knowledge Based Rules
  • I have some suggestions that fit this category with varying degrees so I will include some justifications so you can decide if you want to include them in your own playlists

    • Her story/the stanley parable :: fit the category perfectly
    • subnautica :: Survival game with heavy exploration. Unusually for this genre it has a story which you can only progress by finding some clues and piecing them together
    • the witness :: This one has been mentioned already but I just wanted to reiterate that although it may seem like a simple puzzle game it's a good fit for this category. Here's an excellent analysis of it that you can watch after playing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KZokQov_aH0
    • The talos principle :: the main part of this game is just a puzzle game so it seemingly doesn't fit very well. However, along with those there are some characters which ask you some philosophical questions which you unintentionally end up mulling over while solving the puzzles. By the end of the game you have understood some things that can make the ending very meaningful and emotional.
    • antichamber/gorogoa/superliminal/baba is you :: Simple puzzle games but they are solved by lateral thinking where you're constantly pushing the boundaries and rules of the puzzle itself
    • into the breach :: rougelike tactics game. Someone else mentioned how roguelikes in general fit this category and this is my honorable mention
    • hacknet :: You are given some tools that can open some doors but you have to learn how to exploit those doors to open the remaining ones
