What Fast Food do you love?
  • The McDonalds app is the most useful of all fast food options. My husband and I use the 2-for-1 breakfast sandwich deal on the Steak, Egg, & Cheese Bagel whenever we want to treat ourselves on the weekend. There is nothing else like it. Also, the McDonalds rewards rack up super quickly. Anytime, we need a light meal, I get one or two free sandwiches with reward points. 10/10 recommend. 👍👍

Taco Bell would be my second choice if only because their cravings box scratches the hunger itch so fantastically. 🤤

What things sound like an awful combination but are surprisingly good together?
  • Coffee and fruit juice. ☕🥭

It's a common add-in with some Tiki drinks with juices including pineapple, orange, passion fruit, and lime. When my SO makes something, he'll commonly toss the excess volumes into a glass sans alcohol for me to enjoy.

  • What are your favorite restaurants to regularly dine/order at in Baltimore City?
  • I've always been satisfied by the flavours, portion sizing, and cost at these places:

    • Kiku's (Haven't found a sushi place I enjoy better for the pricing. Sashimi here is great.)

    • Johnny Rad's (Perfect mix between NY + Neapolitan styles.)

    • Hersh's (One entree and one pizza is perfect for two ppl. Great cocktails too.)

    • Charleston (You get a lot for what you pay for.)

Edit: I'm obv biased by being in South Baltimore. Hoping to hear from residents elsewhere in the city.

How do you deal with pre-interview anxiety?
  • Congratulations on the upcoming interview!

Not sure your field or exp level at all to give specific guidance, but my main thing is to try to give yourself grace after you get through it. You won't be able to help second-guessing everything, but things work out however they do. If you aren't selected, it's great to build experience going through the process. I'd recommend reaching out to the point of contacts post-interview for any feedback they can provide you with.

Edit: since you are specifically asking about pre-interview... My habits tend to be researching online about common questions for ppl in my field + just practicing my responses aloud. Going through the motions a few times beforehand makes me feel more prepared, whether those responses get used or not.
