The underlying issue is youtube rate limiting the video proxy, so if the instance is trying to play 10 videos at once it will get ratelimited.
The solution to such problem is either complicated or simple. The simple one is try to convince your favorite creators to use other platform then youtube for example peertube, Odysee or rumbl.

I currently work at an electronic's store where this is a reality. We are told to push a certain in-house brand that is just Chinese crap that always breaks is with 200% markup. Same with the extended warranty.
The best thing is I have more knowledge than any of the staff there. I'm always told when I suggest something to a senior employee in front of a customer that they "know" what is better, and it's unprofessional to correct a more senior college. A clown show of sorts.
