So... nobody?
Surprisingly? It's common knowledge that a high home value only helps when selling. When living in a home, you want the value to be as low as possible since it affects property tax, insurance, etc... That's one of the major factors that prices people out of their homes when their town gets gentrified.
The surprising part is the astonishing rate at which insurance premiums are shooting up faster than a hardened fentanyl addict.
And I just realized this post is from a reddit repost bot 🤦♂️
They are a plague.
This is very accurate! DS is all about dodging, Sekiro is all about parrying, and parrying is a lot easier in Sekiro than in DS. There's like one boss that is an exception, >!Deamon of Hatred!<, but for everyone else, you just need to realize that you can parry just about everything.
Sword? Parry. Punch? Parry. Rock thrown at your face? Believe it or not, parry.
Stepping on spears and jumping on heads is equally important to parrying, though those are more situational whereas parrying is ubiquitous.
I think once upon a time, some dumb politician used it to announce something dumb and it didn't work lol
Who has this many friends willing to jump into a creek fully unclothed?
No, it's just an automatic reimbursement into your account, up to a limit like $20/month.
Lots of credit unions will pay ATM fees for you so you don't need to find one in network unless you're depositing.
I like the free money the Bilt card gives me. I don't use WF for anything else though.
So they're adopting a similar structure to OpenAI, a for-profit company majority controlled by a non-profit organization.
I'm an android user but this is cool af
I learned that type of stuff in college, so I can't personally recommend any online sources. However, I can tell you that what you're looking for falls under "Data Structures and Algorithms". IIRC my degree required 3 classes with that name. Lots of sorting algorithms in that field since they make great case studies.
You learn the various data structures and algorithms available, their strengths and weaknesses, how they work, when to use them, etc...
You also learn how to measure performance, like Big-O notation, the bane of many a CS student's existence.
P-state what now? We all know what the real commit was

Public flogging of a child is to be executed by the nearest authority figure upon any misbehavior, outburst, or disrespect perpetrated by, or suspected to be perpetrated by, said child. If their innate shortcomings are not beaten out of them at the earliest opportunity, they are bound to develop into unemployed hooligans.
Including women??? Well I say! It's only proper to publicly flog men. Everyone knows that!
Needs based support is definitely a good thing, but that's not what SS is. That's closer to welfare and would require a much deeper look into people's financial situation than a retirement program like SS.
I could make $500k/yr while working then experience some disaster/disability that takes it all away. Conversely, I could be homeless then suddenly come into massive wealth later in my life. Or, I could live a lavish life because my parents/SO are extremely wealthy, yet I am dirt poor on paper. SS is not designed for these situations, and attempting to modify it to fit them is probably a worse idea than bolstering other entitlement programs that are designed to fill in the gaps.
Wouldn't removing the cap just delay the issue? You get more out of SS the more you put in. The cap exists because there is a maximum amount you can get out of SS. If they remove the input cap, then that implies they'd remove the output cap too. In which case, the immediate result is a lot more money flowing into SS, but over time, a whole lot more money will start flowing out, too.

Looking to pick up a self cleaning litterbox but there are a lot of options. The coolest one I've seen by far is the CatGenie Automatic Cat Box, but it's nearly $500 and seems a little overkill.
I've also seen that the PetSafe Litterbox is a very popular choice, but it uses proprietary litter refills and crystal litter when I'd prefer clay litter.
I've been getting away with a $15 do-it-yourself litterbox just fine for a while, but I think I (and my cat) would appreciate something that doesn't require daily maintenance. Something as simple as an automatic rake would be interesting.
My main goals are:
- Requires as little maintenance as possible while keeping my cat happy and the smell under control
- No proprietary lock-in (I can use my own litter)
- Doesn't break the bank
- Built well, won't break / easy to fix / good warranty / cheap enough that I can just buy a new one if it breaks
While I am looking for budget friendly options, I'm also curious on the more expensive options. I can't imagine what justifies spending $700 on a Litter-Robot when emptying a litterbox manually isn't that bad and the CatGenie is $500 and promises zero-maintenance.
