What subclass should I choose? Battlemage or Warlock?
To add context. I have found a +1 greatsword but I could also invest into the +1 plate I found. The wands + staff I have I can via blacksmith and imbue juggling get up to +4 without spending any upgrades.
It seems Battlemage would allow me to focus more on the plate/defense, while warlock would force me to split the upgrades between greatsword and plate.
Warlock doomslayer advice?
I've been trying to get the doomslayer badge on 6 challenges with all subclasses. Issue is that I found it's a Herculean task with the warlock in a way that is rather surprising.
Quite simply, the minions keep killing the demon spawners. Theoretically doomslayer yog would be feasible but with how uncontrollable the minions are, it seems impossible to even initiate doomslayer yog. This is doubly true on wand of corruption centered runs.
Is there anything one could do to feasibly still fully explore all 4 demon hall floors that isn't "Don't use wands β οΈ"?
