What's the state of current pc game emulators?
It depends on the soc (mainly high-end snapdragons are compatible due to the help of custom GPU drivers), box64 is the most efficient, but currently none of the methods are straightforward and user-friendly.
Would this new one be a lot more performant?
Since it's based on Fex-Emu, we should see a better game compatibility but we don't know yet if it will perform better than box64 on Android. I think the end goal of Fex-Emu is to be as good as Rosetta 2 (which is roughly 70-80% native performance).
High performance x86-64 emulation on Android
The creators of Skyline just teased their new project named Cassia and showed off some demos such as the Windows version of SuperTuxKart.
What we know so far (subject to change): It will be an emulator based on Fex-Emu but specifically made from the ground up for Android, it will support 64bits and 32bits programs/games. Cassia will have its own game launcher and a desktop mode.The setup process will be straightforward as the emulator will not use a Linux userpsace and will not rely on Termux like Box64.
Currently, there are several alternatives to run Windows games/programs on Android:

- box64 and box86 (Linux userpsace) - script for Android
- Fex-Emu (Linux userpsace) - script for Android

From what I've seen, you can search for individual comments/posts related to a topic (advanced search), send private messages, you can see what's trending and there are more options for moderators to manage and create communities.
But Jerboa is already good and I prefer the interface over the web app, especially on mobile. The only issue bothering me is table format is broken.
Almost 30k, lemmy.world is quickly becoming the largest instance, insane.
They said in the coming months and this is one of their top priorities, hopefully everything will go well although there will still be issues with Mali drivers🤞
Surely, Tensor, Mediatek Dimensity, Exynos, anything with a beefy Mali GPU. 😁
I don't know most communities are pretty new, it might not be worth it to merge at the moment.
