That's pretty common. The abandonment rate for upper limb prostheses is fairly high. Upper limb prosthesis users tend to favor traditional cable systems over myoelectric devices due to the feeling of having more control of it and being the driving force of the prosthesis as opposed to activating a set of electrodes. Also, factor in the cost of the devices which is upwards of $100,000.
Our users have postponed receiving new laptops because of the negative response they've heard from others in the company using Windows 11. Stuff just breaks all the time. Lenovo docking stations have consistent monitor issues on 11. We spend a majority of our time fixing little things we never would have thought about on 10.
Have you tried Monoprice? It's been a while since I've had to order anything from them but they were always my goto for cables, adaptors, etc.
