99 Cherokee Sport
Owner since 2016, 77k original miles. I've replaced a lot of parts, but kept her looking stock. Unfortunately, rust has began to form in spots on the passenger floor pan, so that is what I'll be working on next. Should I shore everything up again, I plan to eventually make this a camper/lite overlander, but that's a ways down the road.
I try to approach everything as a learning opportunity. It's good to gain at least a little experience in everything you can. I think I'd rather someone else do this in the future, haha, but I can at least say I've done it myself before now.
Yamaha SR400 Tire Change
This is my first bike and first ever tire change. I was apprehensive to do it myself, but a guy at work reassured me that I wouldn't have much issue. I've done plenty of automotive work, but I typically leave tires to the professionals.
I got 5k out of these Battlax T45s, but the rear was especially looking worn. I went with Shinko 712 in a size up from stock for a little more clearance on lean angle. They are tubeless tires, but everything I've read has led me to believe putting tubes in will not be an issue.
I use the bike primarily for commuting to work. Very much looking forward to being on the road again.

No, I'm not equivocating this with political responsibility. I'm neutral, not positive, on moderators making these sorts of decisions themselves, but I am presenting context as to why it is understandable they make that decision, and how your upsetedness seems misdirected. This isn't just about cost either. Many moderators and users don't only use 3p to skirt ads or avoid cost. It also provides ease of use and helpful tools, especially in instances of volunteering to moderate subs with "thousands".
I speak not as a normal member of the PoE community or a mod, but it is my understanding that moderators volunteer their time and energy to the communities they handle. Should reddit be making decisions that affect a moderator's ability to do what they need to efficiently and effectively, it is understandable that some may decide to shut down without consulting the users. You seem to be directing anger at the mods when your outrage should be directed more at reddit itself. PoE is but one of many subs that will be negatively impacted with the changes reddit will implement. A lot of information will be lost with people abandoning the platform for alternatives. It may be something you'll need to accept as users and moderators flee.
Yes, I think the true blackout occurs after 3PAs shut down.
