Three dot menu in the top right, press that then select new post.
You've posted on [email protected]. You can check your post out here. Yes, you can use a Mastodon account to communicate, but if you want to use the app to experience the tree-like interaction instead of thread-like, you're probably gonna have to create an account on any of the Lemmy instances.
