Yeah, I just checked. All these guides are horrible advice - they seem like they are written by someone who read a book on something and is now the expert.

I don't know what the actual page looks like, but I feel like it's not exactly wrong. I'm most unhappy when I am in my head and thinking too much. If I'm distracted then I don't have time to think about things that make me unhappy.
