I was alluding to WW2 Germany with that but the building is from the 70's so doesn't have anything to do with the Holocaust. It is in the "brutalist" style and was used for animal testing though
Apparently it's called "Mäusebunker" (= mouse bunker). It was just recently approved for preservation and further usage. The animals know that when they see where they are being transported to they are done for. A little injection, then a pass through the machine that breaks your neck.
