Joined this sub awhile ago, about late 2021. Not to diss anyone or any post on the sub but, the posts lately kinda just feel like a 14 year olds nonsense opinion after playing with chatgpt for 2 minutes. "Can't wait to have my robo gf hurr durr 😻😻" is not why I joined this sub, feels like there used to be posts about actual new papers being published that wasn't just about ai either, medical, robotics, and other tech advancments used to be posted. Now it all just feels like clickbait titles and snarky comments from people who played with midjourney for a day. Also feels like you can't say anything negative about ai either, people who are slightly skeptical about some random start up companies claiming they have groundbreaking ai technology are dismissed as critics who don't believe in ai or whatever. Basically I'm just asking if anyone knows any subs that are a little more, fact based? Subs that might focus on just about publishing new papers?
