Jay is just such a good, funny, well-spoken, knowledgeable fuck. He really is the foundational personality that holds RLM together, with Rich and Mike more comedically on either side. I never know 99% of the movies he references, but he makes me want to see them with his explanations. He's got just the right balance and style of humor to fit perfectly between Mike and Rich, like a jigsaw puzzle. He's also got that sorta "host" vibe that ties everything together.
