Announce a ludicrous change. When people react poorly, announce a less horrible change and say, "we're listening to your feedback". Finally, the current leadership pulls the ripcord on their golden parachute and the remaining company gets to pretend they "got rid of the problem". Repeat as needed for future enshitification.
