Cow juice is still cheaper—and your taxes keep it that way.

This is a weird advertisement. Drink water. Plant milk does not have the protein or calorie density as dairy milk. You may as well drink water and eat your greens instead of supporting industries that are gentle rapists of the earth. I'll drink my own vomit before reading that rag again.

Soy milk has comparable amounts of protein with dairy.
16 2 ReplyNot to mention, many soy milks have more calcium due to being fortified. Which means you can get lots of potassium, Vitamin D, and B12 from them.

Because protein and calorie density are the only two conceivable reasons to drink a non-dairy milk? That's a weird take.
FWIW, 8 oz of soy milk gives you 7 grams of protein vs. cow milk's 8 grams. And 8 oz of soy milk will give you 80 calories to cow milk's 103.
I mean, if you're really that hard up over 1 gram of protein and calories, you could just pour a little more soy milk.
14 2 ReplyI think you misunderstood or I stated it poorly. Plant milk is a waste of time and resources to approximate milk.

I didn't know everyone was so defensive of milk. Looks like a got my macros wrong.
1 0 ReplyIf there's anything Americans in particular should not worry about, it's protein and calorie density in their food.
