I found this interview from CBS News on Fred Levine’s channel. This is the man who produced Cleared for Takeoff, the “airplane porno for children” as Rich Evans called it in WotW 5.

I guess this guy was a pioneer of sorts, because nowadays YouTube Kids is awash with videos like this. The RLM guys may have destroyed the video, but clearly the kids loved it.
