I completed this and urge you all too as well. I'm fully in support of small businesses operating in residential neighborhoods. I would only want them to be places where you'd conceivably run a variety of errands or gather as a community. Ie convenience store, Cafe, small event space yes. Nail salon, 2nd hand store, insurance agent: no. I've submitted my opinion but could have my mind changed.
