Can’t receive emails from epic

Maybe someone on here can help me quicker than support has been getting back to me. So I finally got my account back from being hacked and the last thing I need to do is reset my password, the only issue with that is I can’t receive emails from epic. I’ve tried checking my spam, seeing if I had them as blocked senders, and I even contacted my ISP to see if they were blocking it, but nothing worked. Any solutions? I just want my account back
