Steve Borthwick queries World Rugby high-hits approach
England coach Steve Borthwick suggests World Rugby's approach to high tackles has shifted in the wake of their intervention over an incident involving his captain Owen Farrell.
"I also note there was a tremendous amount of comment from World Rugby about Owen Farrell over a couple of weeks during our preparation for this tournament, a situation that went on and on, and there were lots of comments from World Rugby."
This is the 2nd or 3rd time he's whinged about the time taken over Farrell's card. Without seemingly realising that if he / they had shut up and accepted the decision at the time, it would have blown over quickly.
