It seems like not enough people know about those, I've noticed. Whenever I mention them, a lot of people I've spoken to are unaware something like that exists because they read stuff online about how real bones are bad and assume its just all bones.

This was a pic from her foster family when she was a baby, so I can't answer your question about the bone. And as for the sausage dog comment - she totally looks like a Weiner dog here, but she's actually an Italian Greyhound and Jack Russell terrier mix. Definitely a first time for me seeing this mix!
