How can I see and check EOS achievements in games which don't support Overlay?

Yet another achievement related post...apparently according to the list provided in this sub, there are multiple games which support director achievements (not XP) which could be accessed through the overlay in the game (Shift +F3), but multiple of those games don't support the overlay itself...how can I if and where those games have the achievements?
