My favorite player to watch recently is Minu who plays Zato in Xrd Rev2. They incorporate a huge variety of techniques in controlling space, sneaking Eddie around the screen, and trapping the opponent for predictable movement. They don't seem to have games posted regularly, but the existing footage gives plenty of inspiration to work with for many months.
I'm a Nago main so it's a bias for sure, but I love watching Hotashi play. It's kind of an unnerving confident aggression that really feels like his opponents are being watched the whole time.
I enjoy LordKnight content. Really like chill mindset and every "We take those" moments.
Also JarlSwagDog for fooling around with his opponents, but he is more fighting generalist youtube-montage guy than GG proplayer, but he got some fire Strive content too.
Kesuke's testament mainly cause his streams are fun and he's the testament God or shamisen since he always posts great tech. Alternatively tanabata's Slayer for super optimized damage. Few people can rob like that man.
Oh and Jake's kliff since he's completely unhinged and will use the jankiest shit on people if he can get away with it
