I watched Mandalore's review, but I'm still on the fence. Anybody here tried it out?
Yeah, it's a really fun game. You basically get up to 4 different pilot loadout to run through each scenario with in story mode. I made it a little ways into the scenarios. One is kicking my ass that only uses 4 of the smaller classes so I haven't fired it back up again. It also has custom scenarios where you can pick your mech and use different equipment loadouts in them if I remember correctly. I didn't get into those because I just wanted to get through the story scenarios.
It's a gorgeous looking game with a ton of destruction. It also has a pretty unique range system for an isometric style game. If you think it looks interesting, I'd encourage you to just get it. I imagine it's on sale for the next few days of the remaining steam sale.
