Already had my 3 year old melt down at me three times this morning:
- Once for not finding her the right Peppa Pig sock
- Once for not taking her to the shop (we were out of coffee and milk)
- Once for not buying her the right juice from said shop
I’m now hiding in the bedroom whilst drinking my coffee in peace.
It’s gonna be a long day…
Stayed at my brother's last night, have been enduring 2 hours of the most annoying Minecraft YouTube videos with my niece. I think my brain has melted.
Just be thankful she hadn't made you watch Roblox content.
Green bin day for me (tomorrow morning), so get up, fry up, watch footie, mow the grass that hasn’t been touched for a month, bit of other gardening to tidy up / fill bin. Curry out with mates for supper.

I’ve gotten side tracked from bg3 due to the first two Children of Time books. About 35 hours in though and enjoying it more than any game in ages!
The community icon makes it look like there's a duck sitting on Will Smith's head and it's a little bit funny.
Had 2 weeks off work! Back tomorrow. Will watch the world cup final then do some chores and then weep.

Weans are back to school tomorrow up this end and despite saying I’d get them up early, I’m currently making my coffee and then gonna just enjoy another hour of peace and quiet.

Went to see Metallica at the cinema last night. Amazing gig. What I can't get my head around though is that it's live, yet it's advertised as being on later today but is actually being shown on Monday evening, even though it's taking place in Texas which is roughly 7-8 hours behind us. I don't know if I'm being duped that it's live. They showed the crowd for about an hour before the gig started, so I'm sure it is live.
I went as well, I do believe it was live. I went to see Def Leppard in Wembley recently, but disappointed that the stadium wasn't filled and they seemed a bit past it. Seeing the energy of Metallica made me want to go and them live, so I bought tickets while watching the screen
Looking forward to the football and then MotoGP later. Also owe the dog a decent walk as he has barely been out this week...

Also started playing Remnant 2 on Friday. Amazing game, looks so beautiful. Pretty hard, but not unfairly so.
In two minds about watching the England match as I'm so used to defeat at the last moment 😅

Busy day out in London yesterday, so taking it easy today. Gym this morning, light housework later on then maybe play some games with the football on in the background.
Try to mitigate my hangover and watch and enjoy the World Cup final. Followed by a horror film and a pub quiz in the evening.
