I have no problem with craft beer or the people who make it.

Just stop with the endless IPAs.

The reason there are so many IPAs on the market is because they have so many ways to create different flavors with the hop varieties. And yes you can have, for example, two pilsners that have different flavors but they likely won't have such an insane difference in flavor as a strong, bitter double IPA and a citrusy, refreshing session IPA.

  Went to a local brew pub and they were sold out of anything BUT IPAs. There were only 3 non-IPAs and 8 or 9 IPAs. So I wondered, has the market decided in favor of IPAs?
  
  But then, they sold out of everything else?
  
  So where are we in relation to 'peak IPA', before or after the peak?
- I feel like IPAs are very one note beers.
- How big is your beard?
- Pilsner is not the only alternative to IPA.
100% agree. So tired of seeing breweries making 5 different IPAs and just one or two other beers.

Went on a brewery tour bus a few months ago…early April in Boston.

Realized at our first stop that every guy had a beard and was wearing a flannel shirt, myself included.

And in a hundred years someone finds this old 2d-photo, and thinks we all looked like that and how common it seemed to loose two fingers, watching the guy on the left and in the back. Probably lumberjacks. They might be colleagues of the blind person to the right. Just like us watching the old b&w photos from a hundred years ago.
