I don't know about songs that sing about autism
but I know of a couple of binaural songs that tickle my brain
and they're by Rob Zombie.
They're all from the Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy album.
The first one that comes to mind is The Ballad of Sleazy Rider.
I'm a middle aged autistic guy and David Bowie always hits the right spots for me. He's got such an outsider- looking-in perspective to his music that I really think he was a super highly functional autistic who just didn't give a damn about masking.
Ladyhawke is an openly autistic musician, though I never really noticed her singing specifically about it.
Also, the Eurovision winner (fight me) "Cha Cha Cha" by Käärijä might resonate if you look up the lyrics. It is about a struggle to knock out your regular personality for a short while to be happy and free of worries. I am not giving it justice here, but it's worth looking up. Youtube is full of deep dives into the song.
The Mute by Radical Face is by far my favorite. If I remember correctly it was written for a relative of the singers, so might not be by someone with autism but it's a beautiful song.
Modest Mouse has always resonated really hard with me and I don't think Isaac Brock is autistic necessarily (just done a lot of drugs) their music encompasses a lot of traits I feel like match the autistic experience (for me)
the rambly lyrical style and kind of... nonlinear movement between topics feels like my thought process, I can relate to feelings of stumbling through a confusing life, and of course, failing to connect with others or accidentally damaging relationships
I'd probably start with Moon and Antarctica, or Good News, but I personally love everything they've put out ever (admitting my bias since it's one of my special interests)
edit: I'm ridiculous I missed the part where you said singing specifically about autism pls disregard
