It does seem superior for the weather and cooking.
Having the weather between 50-100 instead of 10-40 kind of makes sense.
And for the cooking, having the steak temperature at 130-135 or 135-145 is clearer than 54-57 or 57-63.
Not that Iโd think it would make sense to change, but it just seems plain stupid how we like to pretend the imperial system would be inferior and stupid.

How so? That's entirely arbitrary. To me, having 0C as the breakpoint for "oh yeah this is real winter now" makes way more sense than 32. Anything above 25C is too warm for me, 77 feels cumbersome.

I wholeheartedly disagree. For example I much prefer setting my oven to 200c than 392F

Both C and F are arbitrary but at least C is arbitrarily based on one extremely common element in our lives while F is arbitrarily based on three arbitrary measurements one of which is the temperature of the human body under the arm or in the mouth. My body? Your body? Fahrenheit's?
