I'm sure it will look good, but kinda worried that he will get the feel right.
He seems to have similar politics to Verhoeven, so I'm sure it'll be the same kind of science fiction satire.
I don’t think starship troopers is remembered very fondly, so he’s got lots of space to work with.
Edit: it’s cool everybody, I get that I’m wrong. I just haven’t seen it since I was a kid and haven’t met anybody IRL that remembers the movie positively.
Wut? ST is a cult classic.
Even watching it in the cinemas I loved it. Was slightly too young to get the fascist undertones, but that made it so much better to rewatch a few years later.
