You've got guts naming your cat Lelouch. Pray that his plans do not entail your doom.
Cats essentially do have a Geass since we basically idolize them and their cuteness, and take care of their every need.
He's clearly plotting something. I'd watch out if I were you. I'd be really worried about regicide.
