I don’t really like using Reddit anymore, and more and more nsfw subreddits are getting banned. And lemmy.nsfw here is just not as active yet.
For videos my go to used to be spankbang.com, but it’s not as good as before anymore. I still use it but go more to noodlemagazine.com now.

Soundgasm was started as an alternative once mainstream audio hosts got ban happy on NSFW content. Even mild accounts got banned.
I'm shocked it's still going. Made by a community member of the main audio erotica subreddit. There are 2 or 3 of them now. R/gonewildaudio was the first main one.

Tubegalore is good, it aggregates a bunch of other sites. Just make sure to set video length to 5+ minutes to filter out the free trial bullshit
