An American Airlines regional jet carrying 64 people collided with a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter late Wednesday near Reagan National Airport in Virginia just across from the District of Columbia, plunging both aircraft into the Potomac River.
Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, and newly installed Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth spent several minutes during the remarks blaming the crash on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and the administrations of former Presidents Joe Biden and Barack Obama.
When asked by reporters how he knew that diversity among air traffic controllers was a factor in the crash, Trump responded: "Because I have common sense.”

A Million Americans died, bad, choking on their own fluids, many unable to touch or be near their families when they passed, due to a purposefully sandbagged and inept Federal Global Pandemic response. You don't make people like Pete Hegseth the head of the DOD, or Tulsi Gabbard the DNI, if you want a functioning Christofascist state, you do it specifically for the chaos so you can steal everything that's not nailed down, and for the nation and the world when interfunctioning organs of state are disrupted, then people die.
