FACT FOCUS: A look at false and misleading claims Trump made at inaugural events
President Donald Trump's Inauguration Day speeches were punctuated by several false or misleading claims, many of which he has made before.
Look, I know it's a legal thing that they don't want to print the word "lie," but it's just so tiring to not see the news call a spade a spade.
31 0 ReplyIt is not a legal thing at all. It's a house style thing. Many publications say it and are not sued. The reason not to say it is to maintain false neutrality.

Saying China runs the Panama Canal is just bizarre to me.
Is he conflating the return of the canal to Panama in 1999 and the return of Hong Kong to China in 1997 as the same thing?
