RALEIGH, N.C. – A Wendell man was arrested on a criminal complaint for the interstate communication of threats toward executives at Advanced Auto Parts.

Threats to kill are not how we resolve differences in America, and it’s a federal crime,” said U.S. Attorney Michael F. Easley, Jr. “We’ll take swift action against anyone threatening an American anywhere in the world for what they believe, how they pray, or where they work. Period.”

Not only that, but like holy shit, you do NOTHING to protect kids in public school classrooms. So then why don't you just apply that same policy to the 1%?

There's no good reason why local authorities couldn't handle this but the feds went out of their way to take this case and send out a press release about it because they really want the plebs to know they will come down on you like the wrath of a god if you even think about upsetting their favored people
At this point it's really just depends on if the feds want to do something, cause anything you do electronically probably extends over state lines.
