The Ecocide Prevention Bill would impose harsh penalties on executives responsible for major environmental damage.
Not sure what bar of major is in the bill, or what level of proof we shall need. But I expect Scottish Water to be the first investigated! (Scottish water are government owned and thus a very silly thing to do for those outwith Scotland)
