Philadelphia police issue arrest warrant for driver accused of hitting 3 nurses at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center

Philadelphia police and the district attorney’s office say they’ve identified the driver who struck nurses and a gunshot victim Oct. 12 outside Penn Presbyterian.
