Cody Horn is the daughter of Alan Horn, who was the CEO of Disney at the time of her appearance in the office. Daddy's connections got her a starring role on magic Mike, along with a spot on her favorite show the office. She has no acting ability or charisma and was luckily forgotten and vanished from the show after a few episodes. It makes me irrationally mad that nepotism got her a job in a show she had no business being in

Her father was actually President and CEO of Warner in 2011. He then went on to be Chairman of Disney Studios. He was never CEO of Disney, that was Bob Iger.

The pens that got delivered while Erin was in charge got a good arc
I've watched The Office two times and I have absolutely no memory of this character. I had to check twice that this wasn't posted in shittymoviedetails

The writers made her awkwardness work. Just like Cody, her character didn’t fit in or belong there. She was meant to be forgettable, and looked at that way, she “succeeded”.
