If I was gonna pick a worst it would probably be from one of the last two seasons, I think I remember the one with Vala's father being pretty rubbish
The Threat Level Midnight episode from The Office (US).
The Wire had some season 5 episodes that were a little far fetched. Nothing worth skipping but jarring compared to the rest of the series.
