Nova recently had an episode on this, “When Whales Could Walk” S51E01
You know, I can't fault them for it. They gave it a try and decided the land wasn't their bag.
I think they had the right idea, although they can't even seem to make up their minds, maybe that's why they keep beaching themselves.
Whales are majestic, graceful and super attractive.
Most of the time anyway. Belugas are kind of derpy-looking:
They appreciate good mariachi though.
