Well to clarify, he's not the highest earning MP, he's the person with the highest diversified income who also works as an MP.
The original statement makes it sound - I suspect on purpose for clickbaity effect - as if his high income is due to his MP's salary.
I kinda doubt that claim too, given the net worth of people like Sunak, Rees-Mogg, and Zahawi. I'm guessing Farage just doesn't hide his income as well as some of the others.
