Instead of a barrel ... how about we just donate to a developing nation instead ... it would probably be enough to blast the country into the 22nd century ahead of everyone else.
No we need a thermonuclear war to blow the stupid out of our brain's first. Also actual Vulcans. There's no goddamn way we're getting our shit together on our own.
