The actual swimming wasn't the issue. It's what can happen later to competitive swimmers who may end up ingesting the water.
Reminds me of time when, during the Beijing olympics, the sky miraculously cleared of smog and turned blue - showed what they can do when it's a priority, but didn't lost long.
Reminds me of when Obama came to Flint and asked for a glass of water during his press conference.
