Homemade Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

My son loves mint chocolate chip ice cream. My wife makes one with fresh mint from the garden which is naturally green and minty. We also make one with Andes Creme de Menthe Baking Chips.
I haven't made ice cream for a bit, and I do so love mint chocolate chip... maybe I'll make some this weekend!
