Council erects code of conduct for Glasgow buskers

The new signs warn performers to control their volume, watch where they perform and ensure they vary their songs.

Edinburgh buskers are all crap, except we get the better bagpipers, even though we have a permit system. All sensible stuff, here's to the buskers!

Cologne in Germany has a well-working permit system for buskers. Maybe ask them how they do it while you are here.
