Death in Paradise (2011) ?

couple of questions...

is this any good? im skeptical of the comedy.
is it really british? its on like season 13... i thought that was antithetical to british common sense unless youre the doctor...

It's okay. It's a very predictable but comfort food style mystery series. Plus the scenery and extras provide a pleasant vibe throughout
- It's definitely my go to when I don't want to watch anything heavy, but I don't want to watch complete garbage either. The characters definitely make the show for me, as well as the unique location

British, definitely. (It takes place on a British-controlled French island in the Bahamas I think?)

As the name implies it's kind of Agatha Christie murder-mystery on an island.

Its fun, if you like that sort of thing. Well-paced, not too much melodrama, usually.
I have not seen this although it looks interesting
