A developer HAD plans for the building years ago, but I think when Covid gutted the office space market, that all fell apart.
I can't imagine the city actually wants it, they'll probably find a developer interested in cleaning it up and re-developing, but after 8 years in this state, I don't know if it's salvagable. :(
The last developer noted some unique construction, so maybe that has value?
