  You misunderstood the sign. You can't smoke the dog, the dog can do whatever the hell it wants. Smoking cigar is allowed, smoking barefeet dogs not allowed.

First thing, is for your dog to quit smoking.
This is really confusing! Are we allowed to have pets that smoke and wear shoes? Or to smoke pets that wear shoes? What about pets with bare feet that don't smoke?!
Do doggy boots count as shoes? Do socks count? Would a sheep with boots and a cigar be allowed?
