How about using those millions to make sure there’s enough power (again) for everyone for the coming summer with highly likely record breaking temperatures.

This guy is spending billions ruining the future of Texas' children just to be as bigoted as he can and he keeps getting re-elected.
GOP spend so much money on literally nothing but overreaching big government and then trun around and complain about government spending and big government. This is so tiring.
